Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.00 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist the guest as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and assist with guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and follow visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with clearance merchandising and signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service are returned to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while complying with applicable laws.
• Greet guests, assist with their needs, and thank them for shopping at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Effective communication and the ability to work independently or with a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed; climb ladders; scan, handle, and move merchandise safely (up to 15 pounds frequently, up to 44 pounds occasionally).
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions while performing duties (including Drive-Up and carryout).
• Mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift.
