Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, creating a warm and professional environment on the showroom floor.
Product Knowledge: Learn and share detailed information about our vehicles, answering questions and guiding customers through their buying journey.
Sales Process: Conduct effective presentations, actively listen to customer needs, and close sales to meet monthly goals.
Relationship Building: Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with fellow team members, service staff, and leadership to provide a seamless and supportive customer experience.
2+ years of customer service or sales experience
Willingness to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
