• Conduct in-depth inspections, develop solutions, and treat customer facilities for commercial accounts
• Maintain excellent customer relations with business clients through professional service, knowledgeable communication, and precise documentation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing in-depth training and company resources to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's needs
• Possess a high degree of attention to detail, ability to work independently, and be self‑motivated
• Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No experience required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments
• Some weekend and holiday work required
• Must have the ability to attain a Pest Control License and CDL Class C License with Hazardous material endorsement

• Good driving record and ability to pass a drug screen required
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
