Four Oaks seeks a Youth Counselor for its Mason City PMIC program. You will work directly with boys and girls ages 7–17 in a residential treatment setting, providing structure, encouragement, and accountability as they work toward their treatment goals.
You don’t need all the answers, but you must show up consistently, communicate well, and help youth practice coping skills. If you are dependable, compassionate, and want a role with purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
