Logistics Clerk I - 2nd Shift at ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas

Located in Mason City, Iowa, this role is essential to ensuring on‑time delivery of our products. You must be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Compile and organize orders for shipment.
• Interact with team members and other departments.
• Coordinate with carriers and third‑party logistics providers for timely deliveries.
• Prepare and complete bills of lading for shipments.
• Process customer shipping orders and load tickets for full and partial shipments.
• Enter daily trailer inventory data into Excel and share with relevant departments.
• Notify carriers and drivers of shipments when necessary.
• Verify orders/loads for accuracy and release for invoicing.
• Complete daily weight sheets (2nd shift only).
• Maintain trailer inventory records and email updates.
• Support quality standards and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Work safely and follow all company policies.
• Special assignments as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and harmonious working environment holding self and others accountable to OSHA and ASSA ABLOY standards.
• Assure compliance with federal, state, local and corporate policies, regulations, AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate computers and office equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
