The Analyst, is responsible for the execution of daily Eye Med Welcome Kit () set-up, testing and production processes, and supporting process and system enhancements.
Major Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible for the daily execution of end-to-end production activities (i.e. File monitoring/release, Special Handling, Proofs, Reflags, etc.); escape identified issues with Supervisor, Production.
- Oversees the shared mailbox organization, inquiries, responses, etc.
- Analyze, research, root cause and resolve issues to determine root cause and communicate findings with Supervisor.
- Supports data tracking and reporting of production activities with attention to accuracy and data integrity.
- Support activities for testing and deploying new or changing inventory (i.e. shells, card code set-up, inserts, etc.) upon completion of Marketing design phase.
- Identify process and system improvement opportunities and articulate concepts to leadership.
- Support/consult with cross-functional partners to promote self-serve tools, and knowledge of processes.
- Support activities to implement new system technology solutions to further automate daily processing activities performed by the Team or broader organizational initiatives.
- Maintain open, throughout, and timely communication with Supervisor, Production regarding any special requests, enhancements, and/or projects to gain alignment prior to commitment to support.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, standards of administration, service level agreements, procedures, protocols, compliance, and security guidelines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of business experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Knowledge of vision benefits and/or insurance industry. Understands third party administration and ability to analyze and interpret plan benefit design.
- Experience in working in Business Objects, Facets, In-Design or similar platforms.
- Detailed working knowledge of computer operations and systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Membership and systems/processes and standards of administration.
- Ability to perform data queries/analysis.
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
