We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist Support to manage small-to-mid-market (SMB) client implementations. This role supports onboarding for clients requiring simple to moderately complex plan setups. Ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to grow in project coordination and client implementation.
You will drive implementation activities from kickoff to completion while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring a seamless transition to ongoing service teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coordinate, and track SMB client implementations from initiation to completion.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and brokers during onboarding.
- Gather requirements and ensure accurate plan setup by partnering with Sales, Operations, and internal teams.
- Document client requirements and maintain updates in SAP, Smartsheet, and other tracking tools.
- Host virtual meetings with clients and internal teams to review steps, address issues, and track milestones.
- Identify and report project risks, issues, and progress to the Implementation Manager.
- Ensure compliance with Eye Med standards, HIPAA, and all onboarding procedures.
- Execute smooth transition to account management teams after implementation.
- Contribute to process improvements for the client onboarding experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years in client operations, customer support, or client implementation roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple implementations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with SAP, CRM platforms, or cloud tools (e.g., One Drive) preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and adapt quickly to new processes.
- Data entry experience and ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously.
- Quick learner; adaptable to new systems and workflows.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written communication and documentation capabilities.
- Medium-to-advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate findings, issues, or items requiring resolution.

Salary: $62,000.00-$66,000.00
