The role is responsible for developing the sourcing strategy to meet the needs of internal customers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing category spend to achieve cost savings goals.
• Evaluating current and prospective new suppliers and analyzing costing to gain best product value.
• Owning and leading supplier relationships with significant impact to business segment success, and managing cross-functional project initiatives.
• Leading training, coaching, and development of category managers for sourcing skill methodologies.

• Knowledge of, and experience using the Internet and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email).

• 2 years of Supply Chain experience preferred.
• 5‑7 years of sourcing/purchasing experience preferred.
• 4‑year degree preferred.
