Catalog Inside Sales Manager

Cintas is seeking a Catalog Inside Sales Manager. Responsibilities include leading and coaching a team of Inside Sales Representatives (Catalog TARs) to achieve monthly/yearly sales goals; assisting with recruitment, hiring, and training newly hired TARs; conducting sales data analysis; assisting with sales opportunities and working collaboratively with Cintas Rental locations.

Required

• High School Diploma/GED
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and intranet/internet
• 2+ years’ sales experience

Preferred

• Prior experience supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific end results
