Direct Sale Support Specialist

Job DescriptionThe Direct Sale Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Direct Sale Specialist, ensuring that the sales process is streamlined and efficient. The role manages sales materials, customer open order management, customer follow‑ups, and reporting to enable the sales team to focus on building relationships and driving revenue. By optimizing these functions, the specialist enhances customer satisfaction and ensures timely execution of sales‑related tasks to achieve regional objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Support product presentations and customer meetings by analyzing data and communicating conclusions that inform account strategy.
- Track deadlines and deliverables to keep regional sales projects moving forward.
- Maintain accurate product images, descriptions, catalogues, and pricing on customer ordering sites.
- Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and assist in implementing enhancements.
- Maintain accuracy of critical materials such as internal account documents, order forms, and electronic account files.
- Coordinate with marketing to create brochures, banners, catalogs, posters, etc., as requested by the Direct Sale Specialist.
- Manage the open‑order report for customer management.
- Resolve order and allotment issues.
Required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Minimum three years of experience in a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
