Float Lead Teacher – Bright Path Kids – Mason, OH – Full‑time (No evenings or weekends).

Bright Path Kids invites dedicated educators to join our team as a Float Lead Teacher. In this role you will support classroom teachers and collaborate with families to create a nurturing, engaging environment for children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. • Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks‑12 years in one assigned classroom.
• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards.
• Curate programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles.
• Maintain a warm, safe, and clean environment that encourages exploration.
• Partner with families to create plans that provide the best care and education for their children.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child’s progress.

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential OR Career Pathway Level 3 required OR Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for childcare employment.
