Job Description Summary
The role serves customers by answering inquiries, resolving problems, and fulfilling requests. This position requires a minimum of three years of experience as a customer service representative and two years of experience as a Call Center Supervisor. The role includes mentoring and coaching CSRs, and assisting new CSRs during training.

• Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from residents and/or insureds; manage the customer care email inbox; assist with escalations
• May place outbound calls to advise insureds of policy status and correct status if requested
• Stay up to date on procedures and protocol changes
• Mentor and coach another CSR when appropriate
• Answer questions from other CSRs with accuracy via internal group chat
• Participate in projects and help develop new products and programs
• Provide feedback and insight to leaders focused on customer experience
• Provide ideas to leaders focused on continuous improvement

• 3 years experience as a customer service representative
• 2 years experience as a Call Center Supervisor
• Professionalism with other associates and departments
• Proficiency with CSR responsibilities
• Fully trained to service all queues
• Full access and training on CSR technology platforms
• Punctual attendance record including breaks and lunches
• Examples of self development
• Encourages and assists team members in difficult situations

• High School Diploma
• Higher education a plus
• CSR Certifications a plus
