Job DescriptionOur client, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, is currently seeking several Customer Service Representatives for their Mason, OH location.

- Receive and place telephone calls, emails and faxes. Perform data entry and use software programs.
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Document all calls and evaluate each account to determine if further research is necessary.
- Provide world‑class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner.
- Meet productivity standards as set forth by the management team, and identify and report trends in call drivers to management.
- Perform tasks with close attention to accuracy, independently, subject to practices and procedures.
- Demonstrate documentation abilities to capture details of customer interactions. Work with team metrics and meet/exceed them.
- Previous experience desired: call center environment, solid interpersonal customer service and interaction.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior Reimbursement (Billing/Collection) experience preferred
- PC Skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Internet
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Self‑starter and team player
- Focus on quality and service
- Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage a heavy workload
- Integrity to handle sensitive or confidential information is critical.
Must be available between the hours of operation; need to be very flexible as the shift will be assigned to the contractor (available 7 days a week between the hours of 6:00 am–10:00 pm). Training is the first 5 weeks of the class. Site is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, 7 days a week. Most shifts are 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Weekend work expected.
