Outpatient Family Medicine Physicianto join their team.
Hoursof practice are Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm ; some flexibility required for extended hours
Office locationis at 470 Bennett Drive, Warren, IN
Weekly Patient Contact:36 hours (32 hours in the clinic & 4 hours rounding and prepping charts)
Daily encountergoals of 22-26 patients depending on visit lengths.
call requirementfor this position is 1:6 Opportunity allows for OB, but not mandatory.
