• Assist with daily operations of assigned classes.
• Help implement educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment.
• Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
• Feel a sense of accomplishment when children enjoy activities you plan.
• Observe children’s interests and collaborate with other teachers to develop engaging curriculum ideas.
• Communicate with parents daily via mobile apps and discussions, sharing children’s adventures and achievements.
• Engage with other childcare professionals and continue professional growth.

• Experience working with infants in a group setting.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a childcare setting preferred.
• Successfully completed or willing to complete state‑required pre‑service training.
• Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty members.
• Can calmly address stressful situations professionally while multitasking.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Meets background check eligibility.
