About Us

We are a fast-growing engineering company dedicated to keeping the U.S. nuclear fleet running safely, reliably, and efficiently. By partnering with multiple Fortune 500 companies, we help ensure the continued delivery of clean energy and strengthen America’s energy security.

Our team specializes in developing creative, high-quality solutions for Nuclear Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) systems. We often replace obsolete or unsupported equipment with innovative, fully engineered designs that extend plant life and reduce risk. We are committed to breaking industry conventions to make nuclear power a clear and enduring solution to the world’s energy challenges.

We look for problem solvers first — people who thrive on tough technical challenges, have a passion for understanding how things work, and take pride in delivering well-documented, high-quality engineering results. If you enjoy continuous learning, want to grow your skills, and like working on a wide variety of meaningful projects, you’ll find a home here.

Key Responsibilities
  • Re-design and modernize obsolete electronics to meet today’s safety and performance standards.
  • Perform functional analysis, troubleshooting, and testing to solve complex technical problems.
  • Create high-quality documentation – from design specs and test procedures to repair reports, often without original references.
  • Collaborate with drafting teams to produce schematics, PCB layouts, and mechanical drawings.
  • Design and build test benches, conduct performance validation, and perform failure analysis.
  • Lead projects from concept through delivery, communicating directly with customers and suppliers to ensure quality and results.
  • Continuously learn and develop new skills, with opportunities to advance into roles where your strengths and interests make the greatest impact.
Qualifications
  • Accredited bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field (required).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent written documentation skills — attention to detail is a must.
  • Proficiency with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies).
  • Experience with PCB design tools and CAD software preferred.
  • Nuclear or other safety-critical industry experience is a plus (especially for mid/senior levels).
  • Benefits include 401(k) match, company-covered employee health insurance, bonus / profit-sharing structure, and unlimited PTO and holidays.
  • Opportunities for career growth in a fast-expanding, high-impact field.
