Key Responsibilities- Re-design and modernize obsolete electronics to meet today’s safety and performance standards.
- Perform functional analysis, troubleshooting, and testing to solve complex technical problems.
- Create high-quality documentation – from design specs and test procedures to repair reports, often without original references.
- Collaborate with drafting teams to produce schematics, PCB layouts, and mechanical drawings.
- Design and build test benches, conduct performance validation, and perform failure analysis.
- Lead projects from concept through delivery, communicating directly with customers and suppliers to ensure quality and results.
- Continuously learn and develop new skills, with opportunities to advance into roles where your strengths and interests make the greatest impact.
- Accredited bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field (required).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Excellent written documentation skills — attention to detail is a must.
- Proficiency with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies).
- Experience with PCB design tools and CAD software preferred.
- Nuclear or other safety-critical industry experience is a plus (especially for mid/senior levels).
