Provider Relations Specialist

The Provider Relations Specialist should have 5-7 years of business experience, preferably in network development, provider relations, or a documented background in sales and/or account management within the healthcare field.

The ideal candidate will have:

• An insurance background and experience in provider recruiting
• Sales experience in Medical Insurance (e.g., Humana, Aetna, Anthem)
• Pharmaceutical sales experience
• Responsibility for onboarding new vision care providers from sales team members
• Experience entering requests and tracking activities using Salesforce
• Ability to manage resistances and answer questions to facilitate provider participation
