Encore Talent Solutions is seeking an SAP Developer-Level 3
- Middleware/Migration for an end client requirement.

The SAP Developer-Level 3 will be responsible for: managing a portfolio of information integration / Middleware technologies using PI/PO and BODS; developing middleware applications in SAP PI/PO/BODS environment with the delivery of projects, acquisitions, data transformation and conversions and support minor/major releases; working with business units to gather requirements; identifying, recommending, and implementing complex configuration solutions and implementing full lifecycle configuration with one or more functional areas to meet business needs;

advising on system options, risk, cost versus benefits, and impacts on business processes; providing functional leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members in multiple SAP areas; leading the evaluation and design of complex incident correction; and identifying and implementing cross-functional improvement opportunities that are in alignment with the established long-term vision.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma/GED required;
  Bachelor?s degree, preferred
• Minimum 5 years of SAP development experience utilizing SAP Net Weaver and integration with ABAP technologies including SAP PI/PO, RFC, HCI, IDOCs, BTP
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BODS 4.2 and/or experience with older versions (3.x, 4.0 or 4.1) development and implementation for SAP provided middleware
• Minimum 5 years of SAP Data Services design, development, and implementation experience with at least 1 full life cycle implementation
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICO, BPM and CCBPM application development integrating with 3rd party applications
• Minimum 3 years of Software Development Life Cycle experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience utilizing SAP Online Service System including incidents and notes
• Minimum 3 year of experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of management
• Minimum 3 years of combined experience developing in SAP ECC, PI/PO, CRM, SAP BTP IS, CPI and BODS systems
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Net Weaver Gateway

• SAP Certifications in related fields
• Experience with SAP CPI
• Experience with SAP HCI
• Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite
