Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating and revising graphic assets for the website to serve marketing purposes. Analytics-Web analytics implementation and monitoring for activities and campaigns aligned with marketing plan.

Merchandising product content and coordinating planning activities to support activation of featured products associated with marketing activities (including Bazaarvoice Ratings & Reviews vendor). Publishing.

Supervisory function - Administrator responsible for loading, scheduling, testing marketing and product assets on the website, including asset adjustment/creation as needed.

Developing and executing organic traffic strategies and managing vendors such as iProspect for search engine optimization, including content management system or web development enhancements.

Defining social media strategy and managing Target Media Network vendor for Target Optical Facebook posts (creative development, merchandising, analytics, and website user experience), and consulting on co-op social media initiatives.

Managing local marketing optimizations and maintaining local retail pages (lead offers, bursts, co-op updates).

Qualifications

Specific Skills Needed:

Project management of all web-related work (content deployment, UAT management, web development).

Organization and prioritization skills.

Adaptability and flexibility.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

Understanding of UAT process.

Understanding of content management tooling.

Understanding of development lifecycle functions.

Experience in defining and executing online marketing plans, including support or optimizations for media, CRM, co-op, eCommerce, brand chargebacks, and third-party agencies, with a focus on content (creative).
