Compensation: $125,000-$145,000

• Oversee and contribute to major projects that span a broad range of systems, providing subject matter expertise and technical direction.
• Collaborate closely with customers and team members to understand business requirements and translate them into high-quality technical solutions aligned with business and IT strategies.
• Ensure solutions comply with the organization’s architectural standards and best practices.
• Perform application analysis, design, development, integration, and enhancement activities.
• Participate in resolving complex support issues and troubleshooting technical challenges.
• Establish Hybris application development standards, best practices, and technical solutions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of processes and procedures for software development and delivery.
• Execute development changes following defined methodologies, ensuring proper documentation per business and change management requirements.
• Provide technical recommendations to improve system design, architecture, and performance.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional IT and business teams.

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business or a Technical field.
• 8+ years in Hybris/eCommerce, including configuration and customization.
• 8+ years working with Java Enterprise frameworks, with strong understanding of class structures and coding frameworks.
• 5+ years of SAP/Hybris techno-functional experience implementing eCommerce and integrating with fulfillment and customer management systems.
• 5+ years establishing and maintaining SAP/Hybris development standards and procedures.
• 5+ years designing and architecting large, complex web applications (eCommerce or web content management).
• Experience creating transports and managing change control processes.
• SAP experience within a Fortune 1000 (or equivalent) enterprise environment, including requirements gathering and customization.
• Proficiency with IDE setup and development (Eclipse), GIT tools, and JDK installation/configuration.
• 3+ years of technical and functional leadership, mentoring teams, and driving successful enterprise software projects.
• 1+ year communicating technical and business solutions to all management levels.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation in a functional or technical role.

• Enterprise B2B/B2C eCommerce implementation experience.
• SAML 2.0 integrations and credit card processing solutions.
• JDBC, EJB3, Hibernate.
• Oracle SQL, MS SQL, or equivalent relational databases.
• SOAP Web Services.
