GENERAL

FUNCTION

The Senior Analyst, Product is responsible for providing data insights into product performance for our product offerings. The Senior Analyst will analyze product performance, uncover key insights, and deliver analysis to the Product team to support development and enhancement of our products.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support analysis of product performance metrics (e.g., enrollment trends, utilization rates, profitability, retention) across vision care plans
  • Assist in building dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and identify emerging patterns
  • Use SAP Business Objects to extract, structure, and automate recurring product performance reports
  • Participate in cohort and segmentation analysis to uncover behavioral trends and inform product design
  • Collaborate with actuarial, finance, and operations teams to understand pricing strategies and cost drivers
  • Contribute to A/B testing and pilot programs to evaluate new product features or benefit designs
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights, with support, to inform product decisions
  • Assist in developing business cases and ROI models for new product initiatives
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics
  • Demonstrated success in problem solving, collaboration and communication
  • Able to identify obstacles quickly and develop solutions that support the business
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
  • Experience in SQL and/or SAP Business Objects
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in the healthcare industry / provider relations
  • Self‑motivated
  • Experience leading resolution to issues identified and prioritized
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and enterprise reporting platforms, such as SAP Business Objects
