The IT Co‑op will support strategic initiatives that leverage data, analytics, and emerging technologies to drive business value. This hands‑on role provides exposure to enterprise‑scale data solutions, process optimization, and innovation using ML/AI tools within a fast‑paced, Agile environment.

• Collaborate with Business team subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand business processes, requirements, and challenges.
• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing Proofs of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the value of new data‑driven solutions at an enterprise scale.
• Support the data lifecycle: data collection, preprocessing, cleansing, transformation, and loading.
• Apply modern data engineering and data science practices, leveraging ML/AI technologies to solve complex business problems.
• Develop, test, and validate machine learning models.
• Document methodologies, code, and findings clearly.
• Participate in R&D efforts to improve business outcomes through innovative technologies.
• Foster collaboration across teams, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Execute Quality Assurance test scripts as needed.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Demonstrated initiative and curiosity to explore emerging trends in AI and data science
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (minimum 3 days onsite)

• Familiarity with data preparation, ETL processes, and machine learning concepts
• Exposure to Python, Azure ML, Power BI, or similar tools
• Understanding of compliance requirements in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare)

• Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as needed
• Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check
