Job description:
10+ years of software architecture, design, implementation experience using Java and Microsoft technologies (.Net Framework)

Good experience with designing and data modelling of RDBMS such as MS SQL Server and No-SQL database such as MongoDB

Experience in design and architecture view of ESB, BPM, CMS, structured database and non-structured database platforms

Experience designing, developing and deploying RESTful APIs and microservices in cloud

Broad knowledge of web standards relating to APIs (OAuth, SSL, CORS, JWT, etc.)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and TEAMS with particular emphasis on Visio, Excel and Power Point

Good knowledge on Design patterns and practices, HL7 standards, and security standards

Able to analyze complex systems and interfaces, create/review high level design documents, provide high level estimates, define and align with the organization coding standards

Experience with AGILE/SCRUM methodology

Experience on cloud-based platforms like Azure, AWS is a plus

Experience mentoring junior Architects and developers

Able to work independently with guidance/support of Lead Architect

Ability to learn new skills quickly as needed

Roles and Responsibilities:

Propose the design, and support creation, and ongoing development of enterprise systems/applications.

Support development of a modern foundational integrated architecture with a mix of on-prem and cloud-based systems.

Design solutions in support of both transactional and analytical applications

Review, evaluate and recommend off-the-shelf products and platforms to speed up development timelines and speed to market.

Collaborate across the organization on major project technical designs

Lead and drive modern Cloud/On-Premise architectures, internal and 3rd party integrations, and distributed systems.

Actively engage with infrastructure hosting and information security teams to lead and mitigate cyber risks.

Develop, document and present solutions to members of multiple architecture, development and infrastructure teams for purposes of solution development and/or the gathering/refining of estimates

Organize and lead cross-functional discussions within the IT and business organizations in support of solution development

Work with platform and 3rd party vendors to better understand how features and interfaces of outside applications can facilitate the fulfillment of customer requests

Mentor and train junior architects

Develop and promote industry standards and organizational best practices
