Duration: 6+ months

Pay Rate: $15.44/hour on W2

GENERAL FUNCTION:

• Provides exceptional service and support to all Providers/Locations through execution of provider/location database requests within established performance metrics.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receives, researches, and processes provider/location requests related to additions, changes, and terminations, ensuring all requests are logged in the appropriate database for performance measurement. Changes may include address updates, payment changes, doctor transfers, plan participation changes, and business ownership updates.
• Evaluates, researches, and resolves complex provider data maintenance requests and issues. Understands the systems, business processes, and provider impact of alternative setups.
• Assists management with database/data integrity issue research and recommends resolutions. Identifies trends related to data structure/setup and reports trends with proposed solutions to management.
• Identifies opportunities to improve processes to ensure efficient turnaround of issues, meeting and exceeding deadlines and performance standards.
• Responds to telephone calls, emails, and written requests from providers/locations and internal departments related to provider/location system setup.
• Ensures efficient, accurate, and timely responses to provider requests regarding participation in the Client’s panel.
• Distributes provider/location contracts and follows up to ensure all appropriate contracts are executed prior to participation.
• Assists in maintaining documentation in the document management system.
• Meets performance and quality metrics.
• Participates in other Provider Relations team projects as requested.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma required;
  Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or data analysis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
