Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop performance test scripts using Load Runner / Performance Center for SAP modules (ECC, S/4
  
  HANA, Fiori, etc.).
• Identify, design, and implement performance test scenarios based on business requirements and user workflows.
• Conduct end-to-end performance, load, stress, and endurance testing for SAP systems.
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics (CPU, memory, DB response times, network latency, etc.) during test execution.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis, functional, and infrastructure teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
• Prepare detailed test reports and provide performance improvement recommendations.
• Maintain and enhance performance testing frameworks, scripts, and test data.
• Participate in performance tuning and root cause analysis sessions.
• Ensure alignment with SLAs and non-functional requirements.

• 5 years of experience in performance testing with a focus on Load Runner. Proven experience in SAP performance testing (SAP GUI, Web, Fiori, or S/4
  
  HANA).
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with Performance Center, VuGen scripting, and analysis modules.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Dynatrace, App Dynamics, or Splunk. Familiarity with SQL, database performance tuning, and network analysis.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA migrations or SAP cloud environments. Familiarity with CI/CD integration for performance testing.
• Certification in Load Runner or Performance Testing tools.
• Basic knowledge of automation testing or Dev Ops practices is a plus.
