We’re on the hunt for an SEO Technician who’s done playing it safe. This role is perfect for someone early in their career, with 1–3 years of experience, who is hungry to grow and help shape the future of search strategy in an AI-first world.

You’ll work closely with our Brand Managers and Digital Support teams to implement technical SEO best practices and experiment with emerging AI and geo-targeted trends. Your work will directly support automotive marketing campaigns for dealers all over the country, and you'll have the space to test, iterate, and innovate.

• Implement technical SEO strategies across multiple client websites (mainly automotive-focused)
• Run site audits, fix crawl issues, optimize schema markup, and monitor Core Web Vitals
• Support AI-integrated SEO approaches and contribute to Geo-strategy development
• Analyze ranking factors across Google, Bing, and AI search models
• Monitor and report on organic performance using tools like GA4 and SEMrush
• Stay on top of algorithm updates, AI advancements, and SERP behavior shifts

• 1–3 years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
• Comfort with SEO tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Curiosity around AI, chat-based search, and the shifting future of SERPs
• Understanding of geo-targeting and local SEO nuances
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a desire to go deep on technical problems
• Bonus:
  Experience with automotive dealership sites or multi-location SEO
