Cintas is currently looking for a Systems Administrator–Level 1 for the End User Services Team within IT. The Systems Administrator–Level 1 is responsible for maintaining and developing the ongoing reliability, performance, and support of the systems environment as it pertains to user access, following defined procedures to monitor systems and resolve problems, and performing troubleshooting for simple to moderately complex hardware, software, and network problems related to user access.

Required:

• High school diploma/GED;
  Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience with level one customer service
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Basic computer skills, including networking, IT device management, PC and Mac operations
• Strong multitasking ability
• High degree of demonstrated customer service and hospitality skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to maintain calm under pressure

Preferred:

• Experience with Win
  10 and Win
  11 OS
• Experience with Office M365, Microsoft Teams and Zoom
• Experience with BYOD
