The Subscriber Development & Engagement (SDE) Leader is a strategic, externally facing role within Benchmark Gensuite’s Subscriber Success organization. The SDE works directly with senior‑level customer stakeholders, building relationships that strengthen partnership health, reduce churn, and identify growth opportunities. The person in this role will help serve as retention leaders and pipeline builders, driving stability and growth across the subscriber portfolio.

This role partners closely with Account Management, Customer Success, and Growth teams to design and execute engagement strategies that drive retention, expansion, and executive alignment across complex enterprise subscribers.

Operating under the direction of the VP, Subscriber Success, the SDE serves as both a strategic advisor and relationship builder, connecting cross‑functional teams to deliver meaningful outcomes and measurable business impact across a diverse subscriber portfolio.
