• Competitive compensation:
  Base hourly rate based upon experience and a $2.00 shift differential once you complete 2‑week training and move to 2nd shift.

• Adhere to all plant and corporate safety rules, procedures, and guidelines.
• Report all safety concerns or issues to immediate supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and complete daily housekeeping assignments.
• Complete make‑ready in accordance with the Job Ticket and Product Specification documents to ensure correct print cylinders, inks, substrates, tooling, and anilox rollers are used.
• Perform all required quality checks related to product specifications, visual and functional checks. Complete all press‑side quality checks.
• Operate press to produce product in accordance with customer specifications while maintaining quality, waste, and press efficiency.
• Maintain consistent quality during the production run. Critical quality checks include copy, color and registration, and ink adhesion. Ensure conformance to all other quality checks.
• Complete all related procedures, work instructions and quality measurements as outlined in the BRC standard.
• Complete press make‑ready’s efficiently.
• Complete all required equipment maintenance duties.
• Clean plate, cylinder, and ink pans, and lubricate press as needed.
• Input all required information into the Globe Tek system for material usage and time accurately and promptly.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience as a printing press operator and/or training.
