Base hourly rate based upon experience and a $2.00 shift differential once you complete 2‑week training and move to 2nd shift. - Schedule:

Responsibilities- Adhere to all plant and corporate safety rules, procedures, and guidelines.
- Report all safety concerns or issues to immediate supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and complete daily housekeeping assignments.
- Complete make‑ready in accordance with the Job Ticket and Product Specification documents to ensure correct print cylinders, inks, substrates, tooling, and anilox rollers are used.
- Perform all required quality checks related to product specifications, visual and functional checks. Complete all press‑side quality checks.
- Operate press to produce product in accordance with customer specifications while maintaining quality, waste, and press efficiency.
- Maintain consistent quality during the production run. Critical quality checks include copy, color and registration, and ink adhesion. Ensure conformance to all other quality checks.
- Complete all related procedures, work instructions and quality measurements as outlined in the BRC standard.
- Complete press make‑ready’s efficiently.
- Complete all required equipment maintenance duties.
- Clean plate, cylinder, and ink pans, and lubricate press as needed.
- Input all required information into the Globe Tek system for material usage and time accurately and promptly.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience as a printing press operator and/or training.
