As a Robotic Welder, you will set-up, operate, and maintain robotic welding equipment, including programming, loading/unloading materials, monitoring the process, inspecting weld quality, and ensuring safety protocols to produce specifications-compliant welded components.

Required:

Experience with manual or semi-automatic welding (MIG, TIG), familiarity with robotic programming basics. Preferred:
Mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, attention to detail, overhead crane operation, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in teams.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must have physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance, and perform repetitive motions in a plant environment with potential exposure to harsh weather, noise, and temperature extremes.
