Clinical Responsibilities:

• Obtain and review patient's medical and psychosocial history relevant to care.
• Conduct physical examinations following company guidelines.
• Order and review lab tests and diagnostics, including ECGs.
• Provide preventive medicine counseling, program counseling, and education on products and supplements.
• Follow prescription guidelines under the collaborative agreement with the supervising physician.
• Document patient care and medication management in the EMR as per standards.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed.
• Conduct follow-up calls to discuss progress and address concerns.

General Responsibilities:

• Review weekly weight tracker, slipping report, and KPIs to oversee clinical operations and mentor staff.
• Act as the medical liaison for franchise locations.
• Participate in training and serve as an in-house trainer for medical staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical operations' efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop strategies to enhance patient experience.
• Participate in launching new programs, services, and products.
• Manage projects effectively with strong planning skills.
