The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an experienced Resource Float Pool RN to support our ICU service lines, including CVICU, SICU and MICU at our main campus. You will float between units, provide evidence-based critical care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold a current Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months for ICU areas, and demonstrate the ability to work across high-acuity environments.
