Responsibilities

• Use PLACE's weekly lead generation strategies
• Guide buyers, finalize agreements, and locate properties
• Handle offer negotiations for clients
• Record tasks using PLACE Technology
• Organize two open houses monthly
• Convert leads into scheduled appointments
• Join weekly coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Assist sellers, obtain listings, and promote properties
• Demonstrate skills in pricing, staging, and listing services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
