Ticket Sales Representative - Cincinnati Open

The tournament hosts over 285,000 fans each year and contributes to local charities supporting youth, families, education and wellness initiatives.
The Ticket Sales Representative will be focused on selling a full menu of ticket packages to all sessions of the Cincinnati Open. The Ticket Sales Representative will work under the guidance of the Director of Premium Sales.
- Coordinate and execute sales calls on all potential customers through provided leads, prospecting, cold callings, and referrals from current customers.
- Primarily responsible for selling a full menu of tickets including full series, multi‑day, single session, groups and add‑ons for all sessions of the Cincinnati Open.
- Effectively use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Assist with managing and stewarding existing full‑series account holders.
- Skilled in setting and conducting sales appointments through virtual meetings, phone, and face‑to‑face meetings, including out‑of‑office engagements.
- Willingness to work non‑traditional hours, including weekends, events, and on event days.
- Responsible for achieving specific levels of sales activity (e.g., calls made, appointments set).
- Possess an optimistic, team‑first mentality combined with a competitive drive to excel in a sales environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to develop strong working relationships with partners, teammates, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage a high level of detail across multiple projects and to prioritize efficiently.
- High emotional intelligence, intellectual curiosity, and desire to grow professionally.
- Ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while remaining organized, efficient, and calm under pressure.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
