The Dawn Franklin Allstate Agency in Mason, OH, is growing and looking for a motivated, experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Producer who knows how to sell insurance, build relationships, and consistently close business.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are seeking someone with an active Property & Casualty insurance license and at least 1 year of proven P&C insurance sales
experience who can hit the ground running.

• Prospect, quote, and sell personal lines Property & Casualty insurance products.
• Make 150+ outbound calls daily to generate sales opportunities and follow up with prospects.
• Work agency-provided leads while proactively building your own pipeline.
• Identify customer insurance needs, explain coverage options, and close sales.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales activity and production goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on outstanding opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships that lead to retention, referrals, and additional sales.

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
  * REQUIRED*
• Minimum 1 year of successful P&C insurance sales experience
  * REQUIRED*
• Proven ability to prospect, quote, overcome objections, and close insurance sales.
• Comfortable making 150+ outbound calls per day.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and personal accountability.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work independently.
• Results-driven mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work from our Mason, OH office or an approved hybrid schedule.
