Countertop Fabricator​/Installer

Job Description

We are seeking a Counter top Fabricator / Installer to measure, fabricate, finish, and install countertops across residential and commercial projects. This role works with natural stone, quartz, solid surface, laminate, and mixed materials, using manual shop tools, CNC equipment, waterjet equipment, and other fabrication machinery. Assignments may include independent work, partnering with an installer, leading helpers, and rotating between the shop and field, with opportunities to advance into lead installer, fabrication supervisor, project coordinator, or specialized training roles.

Responsibilities

• Measure and template counter top installations accurately.
• Cut and fabricate natural stone, quartz, solid surface, laminate, and mixed-material countertops.
• Operate manual shop tools, CNC equipment, waterjet equipment, and related machinery.
• Perform edge profiling, surface polishing, seam preparation, and sink cutouts.
• Inspect cabinets and jobsite conditions before installation.
• Apply adhesives and complete counter top installations in residential, commercial, and multi-family settings.
• Conduct quality inspections, communicate project details, and clean work areas upon completion.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and insurable by the company.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of counter top fabrication and installation experience.
• Vocational training in construction, fabrication, or a related field.
• Experience with stone cutting, wet saw operation, CNC fabrication, and template reading.
• Knowledge of silica safety and adhesive application.
• Strong measurement accuracy and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service experience.
