Experienced Tile Installer​/Bathroom Remodeler

Job Description

We are seeking an Experienced Tile Installer / Bathroom Remodeller to complete high-quality residential bathroom remodeling projects throughout the local service area. Working as part of a small remodeling crew and reporting to the business owner, this role will manage tile installation and related remodeling tasks from demolition and surface preparation through final inspection and cleanup. Successful performance may lead to advancement as a project supervisor or specialty remodeling expert.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition and prepare surfaces and substrates for installation.
• Install waterproofing systems in residential bathrooms.
• Plan tile layouts and accurately cut and set tile.
• Apply grout and mortar to achieve durable, clean finishes.
• Install bathroom fixtures as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site throughout each project.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with tile setting and bathroom remodeling.
• Knowledge of substrate preparation and waterproofing systems.
• Proficiency in tile cutting and grout and mortar application.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong quality-control and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective customer communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in tile installation and bathroom remodeling.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification.
