As a Software Engineer II at Honeywell Intelligrated, you will develop and maintain software applications for warehouse automation solutions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions that optimize distribution and fulfillment operations. You will report directly to our Aftermarket Loop Sorter Engineering Supervisor and work out of our Mason, OH location on a hybrid work schedule. Onboarding will be done onsite in Mason, OH to provide premier hands‑on learning with our loop‑sorter technical SMEs.

• Develop and maintain software applications for warehouse automation solutions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions
• Design and implement software solutions for optimizing distribution and fulfillment operations
• Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot issues

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
• Familiarity with software testing and debugging techniques

• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms
• Experience with Forth software
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Hands‑on experience with printed circuit boards and familiarity with hardware‑software integration
