- Responsibilities include blueprinting solutions with the latest integration paradigms and API-based interactions, including Microservices in a heterogeneous technology landscape.
- Designing system architecture involving J2EE, Spring, Spring Core, Spring Boot, and MAVEN.
- Java
- Spring – Web Services, MVC
- Microservices and Spring Boot
- Spring Data JPA or Hibernate
- Docker
- Experience in defining RESTful service-based architecture for new business capabilities or legacy transformations
- Understanding of microservices components such as containers, load balancing, distributed cache
- Knowledge of Docker framework and deployment, container management
- Understanding of SOA vs API implementation; guiding clients and development teams accordingly
- Knowledge of continuous integration using Bamboo
- Experience working in Scrum teams and onsite/offshore models
- Experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture
- Ability to define new architectures and lead projects independently
- Thought leadership, white papers, mentoring
- Willingness to travel for consulting projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; three years of relevant experience can substitute for education
- At least 4 years of experience in IT
