EOSi is looking for a full time in person Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a new position which operates in the corporate office located in Pocasset, Massachusetts Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities- Receive and enter vendor invoices into company ERP system
- Execute and audit 3‑way match procedure
- Prepare payments (ACH, wire, check)
- Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators relevant to individual and functional group performance
- Collaborate with other departments to manage, identify, develop, improve, and execute written procedures
- Assist Senior Accountant with other duties as assigned
- Fiscal period financial closing activities
- Receive and enter customer payments into company ERP system
- Manage weekly AR aging reports and payment collection
- Other duties as assigned
- Associate’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or other related fields. Direct work experience may be considered as an alternative to a degree.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in a related role
- Demonstrated familiarity with GAAP accounting practices
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with EOSi Senior Leadership Team, peers, and vendors
- Experience working within ISO
9001:2015 or other Quality Management System (QMS) programs - Experience working with Epicor (ERP system) and Salesforce (CRM system)
- Proficiency with Artificial Intelligence (AI)
