Title: Senior Cost Accountant
Salary: $100K–$120K
Location: Westminster, MA | Onsite

Senior Cost Accountant Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job costing and project accounting for complex manufacturing programs
- Perform percentage-of-completion revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606
- Analyze work-in-process (WIP), labor utilization, project costs, and manufacturing variances
- Partner with operations to monitor project budgets, profitability, and financial performance
- Review financial statements and ensure accurate reporting of manufacturing and project activity
- Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve cost reporting
Qualifications of the Senior Cost Accountant:
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in manufacturing cost accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Experience with job costing, project accounting, or job-shop manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with percentage-of-completion accounting and ASC 606 strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and manufacturing accounting principles
- Background in aerospace, defense, precision manufacturing, or custom manufacturing preferred
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with finance and operations teams
