A Typical Day
Helping others is what we do best. As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist you will welcome clients, share knowledge, and build lasting client relationships. Your focus will be on wowing clients now and in the future.
What we'd like to see
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or across multiple locations
- Sales or marketing experience (preferred)
What you'll bring to the team
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule appointments as requested by clients
- Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Your Expertise
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous customer‑service experience
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
