We are looking to add a full time Valet to our Nucar Toyota of Norwood Service department.

• Greets all customers entering the service dept. with a positive, friendly attitude, answers customer questions and directs customers to available service advisors in an orderly fashion.
• Controls customer traffic and parking in service area

• Stages vehicles requiring oil changes to designated lane, retrieves oil filter from parts dept. and places it inside customer vehicle.
• Coordinates with team leaders where to drop off vehicles that are assigned to each team.
• Assists inspection sticker technicians with retrieving registrations on new vehicles from sales dept. and with returning completed or serviced vehicles to waiting customers. Retrieves completedכע vehicles when requested.
• Keeps service drive area clean, safe and orderly, and moves cars as directed.
• Responsible for parking in designated parking areas only.

• Must possess a valid Driver's license.
• Must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmission
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Teamwork - ability to work with others to effectively enhance results or processes.
• Interpersonal Skills - the ability to interact well with employees and customers at all levels, socially poised
• Communication - ability to identify and deliver critical information to the appropriate parties
