Job DescriptionKelly Services is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for one of our top pharmacy benefit management clients in Byfield, MA with a Temp-to-Hire possibility. This assignment will pay $13.00 per hour. As a Customer Service Representative placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner. Responsibilities- Perform data entry and use software programs.
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Must document all calls and evaluate each account to determine if further research is necessary.
- Responsible for providing world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner.
- High School Diploma/equivalent.
- Previous experience desired, call center environment, solid interpersonal customer service and interaction.
- Must be available between the hours of operation, need to be very flexible as shifts will be assigned to the contractor (need to be available 7 days a week between the hours of 8:00 AM
-7:30 PM). - Must be available for 3 to 4 weeks of training (hours during training: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM).
- Must be able to work Saturdays.
- Must be able to process applications for enrollment, enter prescriptions, and be able to sit at a computer for a majority of the day.
- Requires close attention to accuracy, performs independently, subject to practices and procedures.
- Required to meet productivity standards as set forth by the management team; and identify and report trends in call drivers to management.
- Ability to work with team metrics and meet/exceed them.
- A minimum of a High School diploma/equivalent.
- Temp-to-Perm possibility.
