Bilingual, Customer Service Rep
Dakin Humane Society is seeking full-time Animal Resource Counselors to support pets and people in our community. You will be the first contact for families, assisting via email, phone, and in-person, while splitting time between hands-on animal care and a call-center environment.
Qualifications include at least 1 year in customer service, fluency in English and Spanish, and proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Weekend and holiday flexibility is required.
