Hiring Schedule

Mondays & Fridays 8:00am - 5:00pm

(We're looking to bring a doctor on part‑time. Hours/days flexible!)

Hygienists

Fully staffed with 2 hygienists each day.

Responsibilities
  • Clinical Leadership:
    Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, striving to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience.
  • Collaborative Partnership:
    Collaborate with non‑clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize the overall operation of the dental practice.
  • Patient‑Centric Approach:
    Foster an environment where patients eagerly anticipate dental visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing their overall experience.
Qualifications
  • DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, accompanied by an active state license in good standing.
  • At least 1‑2 years of Clinical Experience post‑residency, preferred. Select positions open to new grads!
  • Passionate commitment to patient care and unwavering ethical standards.
  • Keen interest in further training, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Motivated by both financial success and the continuous growth of the practice.
