We provide construction services to residential and commercial markets in the New England area. We employ over 200 people and are a self-performing workforce of trained and skilled professionals doing the best work in our industry.

Skillsets:Work Environment
- Must be a self‑motivated and reliable person with a desire to learn.
- Meet daily with supervisors to discuss project timelines and updates.
- Ability to design and manage multiple on‑going projects.
- Able to work independently and with others to achieve team goals.
- Positive attitude and work ethic.
- Excellent attendance.
- Proficient use of standard office software – Excel, Office, Adobe.
Revit Drafting
- Revit 2018‑2023 proficiency.
- 3D Generic Modeling, Levels, and Reference planes.
- 3D view, Drafting View, and Sheet Space awareness.
- Maintain Revit Standards for all texts, lines, regions, dimensions, and models.
- AutoCAD proficiency – the ability to draft, edit, import/link and interpret files.
- Ability to meet and exceed BIM Level of Development 350 or greater.
- Maintain BIM library with up‑to‑date products and associated shared families.
- Ability to generate site‑specific material takeoffs and shop drawings.
- Open to 2–10 year experienced positions with room for growth.
Aquatic Design
- Assist in the development and publication of construction documents for aquatic projects.
- 3D modeling and drafting of pool structures, piping, and mechanical systems.
- General understanding of the construction process to layer information appropriately.
- Open to entry‑level or experienced positions with room for growth.
- 40 hours per week.
- Overtime available and encouraged.
