Nauset Regional High School
Descriptive StatementMath‑proficient Para educator who will be assigned to classes where the highest needs are present, Title I Math.
Responsibilities- Proficient in Pre‑Algebra, Algebra and some Geometry.
- Strong communication skills; written and speaking.
- Ability to assist students under the direction of the classroom teacher in whole group, small group, and individualized settings.
- Provide support and services to students to meet educational goals and objectives.
- Ability to collaborate with staff in and out of the classroom.
- Strong technology skills.
- A demonstrated ability to work well with others.
- Ability to perform necessary physical activities to fulfill job responsibilities.
- High School diploma required; college coursework preferred.
- Experience working with High School aged students grades 9‑12.
Per Para educator Contract – This is a grant funded position.
