• Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment through an emergent curriculum.
• Support children’s emotional, physical, and cognitive development while maintaining a safe and healthy classroom.
• Engage parents and families, providing support and communication about their progress.
• Collaborate with professionals and support children with specialized needs as necessary.
• Maintain documentation and records, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• CDA, associate degree or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education.
• EEC Director Qualified certification.
• Documented experience working with children; references required.
• Clear background checks and up-to-date health assessments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take initiative and problem-solve effectively.

• Experience in emergent curriculum approaches.
• Bilingual or experience with special education.
• Leadership or mentor experience.
